Conceptual Planning Jill & Bryan enlisted the assistance of Christopher Johnstone, museological consultant, and won the tender to develop a conceptual plan for an electricity exhibit hall at the Taranaki Pioneer Village in Stratford. The project initially required the research and writing of a story line for the exhibit hall and consultation with the community. The story line was then used as the basis for developing details of a number of indicative exhibits. An architect was engaged to undertake initial designs for modifications to an existing building. Capital and operational budgets were then prepared and included in the final report.
