Government After developing the Health Research Council logo we proceeded to develop individual logos for three mental health organisations funded by the Council. These were then used for a range of publications that we designed for these organisations. We supplied photographs from our own library to illustrate the MHRD Strategy publication: "Looking Back". We were also commissioned to convert a paper based report on "Consumer Advisors" to a browser based CD-ROM format for distribution to HR Managers in District Health Boards.
